Vehicles and Drivers

Airport Transfers

  • What if my flight is delayed?

    We monitor flight statuses to adjust your pickup time accordingly, ensuring your driver is there when you arrive.

  • Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

    Your driver will meet you at the designated pickup area or inside the terminal with a name sign, depending on the airport and the instructions your driver provides via text.

Reservation Confirmation

To confirm a reservation, clients must provide credit card details. Payments may be processed at any time before the service date. Reservations must be confirmed at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup. Unconfirmed bookings will not be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients authorize Freedom Car Service to charge the full reservation amount if cancellations are not made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. In cases where a flight is canceled and services are no longer needed, no cancellation fee will apply. However, if no prior notice of cancellation or changes is provided before the service date, the full balance will be charged.
